Direct Primary Care
The direct primary care model of healthcare places the focus on the patient without the hassle of insurance getting in the way of your care. Members pay monthly or yearly fees that covers all of the listed office visits. NO insurance is accepted, and we cannot treat Medicare enrolled patients for Medicare covered services. We do accept HSA and FSA. We recommend you continue to carry a basic insurance plan or high deductible plan for emergency situations only. Our office will work to manage your health, deductible and copay free. Family memberships available at a discounted rate upon request. Memberships will require an active credit card and will be charged either the annual fee once per year or the monthly fee on the 6th of every month.

We don't believe in waiting extended periods of time to get in with your provider, or waiting for insurances to preauthorize your treatment. We will manage your health with your needs and wishes at the forefront. We can offer labs and diagnostics at a fraction of the cost of traditional medical facilities. We offer yearly exams, sports physicals, school physicals, chronic disease management, and medication management.

All direct primary care memberships require an initial one time enrollment fee of $50.00 for individuals and $125.00 for families.
