Here at Midwest Integrative Health, we offer an array of primary care services including Direct Primary Care (DPC), Sick or Urgent care visits (with the ability to perform several in-clinic diagnostic tests), Medication refill visits, and Affordable lab draws.
With licenses in 22 states, MIH is here to help you with your primary care needs locally and from afar.
Direct Primary Care keeps the focus on your health—not the paperwork.
For a simple monthly or yearly fee, you’ll have access to all listed office visits without the hassle of insurance, copays, or deductibles. While we don’t accept insurance, and cannot treat Medicare patients for services covered by Medicare, we recommend that you keep a basic or high-deductible plan for emergencies or care outside our office. We’re here to handle your everyday healthcare needs—simply, affordably, and directly. (We do accept HSA/FSA!)
We don’t believe in making you wait weeks to see your provider—or in delaying care while waiting for insurance approvals. At our practice, your health is managed with your needs and preferences at the forefront.
We offer lab work and diagnostic testing at a fraction of the cost of traditional medical facilities, and our services include:

Family memberships are available at a discounted rate upon request. All memberships require an active credit card and will be billed either annually or monthly—on the 6th of each month, depending on your chosen plan.
A one-time enrollment fee is required for ALL DPC Memberships: $50 for individuals and $125 for families.

At Midwest Integrative Health, LLC, we understand the importance of timely medication refills. If you are in need of a prompt medication refill, our dedicated Nurse Practitioner is here to assist you.
Whether you find yourself in-between healthcare providers or simply require a quick refill, we have got you covered.
• A one-month supply is the max allowable refill quantity in a 6 month period.
• Please follow-up with your primary care as soon as possible for future and ongoing refills.

Telemedicine allows you to receive care remotely when you and your provider are not in the same location.
At Midwest Integrative Health, telemedicine visits are conducted through HIPAA-compliant video software integrated into our electronic health record to protect your privacy. We currently offer telemedicine services in: Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Washington DC.
