With your initial visit, you will have a full hour with the provider to complete a comprehensive overview of your health, an InBody scan and a complete blood panel (if needed and for an additional cost). We will then work together to develop a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you, your health needs and your goals.

Here is what we currently offer. All costs shown include the cost of the visit, the InBody scan and the medication:

Injectable Weight Loss Options - Initial: $399	   Monthly Follow-Up: $399 
We have injectable weight loss options available for you. Visits include a full body composition analysis, dietary counseling as well as medication and supplies for the month. We take time to sit down with you to discuss your goals and help you achieve those goals. We want to make sure you are losing the right weight - losing fat and maintaining muscle mass - which is where our InBody composition scale sets us apart from other weight loss clinics. We will utilize dietary counseling and help you find the foods, macros, and eating plans necessary to obtain your long-term goals.

Bella Capsules $75 + Initial Visit Fee: $150

Bella capsules are a combination capsule combining Bupropion, Phentermine, Topiramate, Naltrexone, and Methylcobalamin (B12). This combination targets weight loss from multiple angles. Bupropion can give you more energy, suppresses your appetite, and enhance your mood. Phentermine is an appetite suppressant which means its primary role is to prevent you from feeling hungry. Topiramate works by decreasing appetite and by causing feelings of fullness to last longer after eating. Naltrexone may improve your mood and suppress your sugar and carb cravings.

Phentermine $50 + Initial Visit Fee: $150	               
Monthly Follow-Up Visit Fee: $75
Phentermine is an appetite suppressant which means its primary role is to prevent you from feeling hungry. It blocks the brain's hunger signals by increasing the body's release of catecholamines, the hormone responsible for our "fight-or-flight." These hormones cause an increase in heart rate and a decrease in appetite. Paired with a healthy diet and exercise, phentermine is a fantastic weight loss option.

Wegovy/Ozempic/Mounjaro/Zepbound (Initial PA) and Prescription: $50 
Initial Visit Fee: $150 
Monthly Follow-Up Visit Fee: $75
Additional PA's to complete as required by insurance: $50 
Does your insurance cover the famous brand name weight loss medications? MIH is happy to initiate a prior authorization (PA) and begin the process for you; however, there are no guarantees that your insurance will cover the medication. If approved, the prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy for you to pick up and administer yourself each week. You will continue to follow-up at the clinic monthly for ongoing treatment and to monitor your progress.

Telehealth - Initial: $200-$400	       
Monthly Follow-up: varies depending on treatment
MIH is excited to offer Medical Weight Loss services via Telehealth. If you are struggling to lose weight and can't find an affordable provider to assist you, do not hesitate to reach out! MIH is here to help you every step of the way! I do encourage all of my Telehealth patients to purchase a body composition scale ($75 or less!) to help you monitor your weight loss and track your goals. We will meet monthly to discuss your progress, diet, physical activity and tolerance of the treatment. Telehealth services are currently available in the following states: AZ, DC, IA, IL, MA, MN, NE, NM, NV, OR, RI and WA.

What is this? This one hour long visit will help the provider truly understand your concerns and create a plan specifically for you. This visit also includes labs to determine your hormone levels and any other contributing factors, as well as your first month of TRT treatment.

Follow-up TRT Treatment - $199 
Every 8 weeks you will need to return to the clinic to monitor the progress of your treatment plan and order refills of your TRT. Per our TRT Protocol, we will do repeat lab testing throughout the treatment plan at an additional cost of $60.

The Eve Questionnaire

A timeline to a new & improved YOU -
1. Schedule your wellness consult at MIH. We will discuss your medical history, family history, social history, surgical history, prior medication history, and your current lifestyle and goals. 
2. Labs will need to be scheduled & collected. 
*For menstruating women, we need to collect your labs on days - 19, 20 or 21 - of your menstrual cycle. 
**For women in the peri-menopause or menopausal stage of life or women who are status post a hysterectomy, please schedule your labs at a date/time that is convenient for you. 
3. 24-28 hours after your labs are collected, the results should be available to your provider for review. You will receive a lengthy analysis of your lab results within your patient portal. 
4. Start recommended treatment including (B)HRT and supplements. 
1. Progesterone pills are the preferred method of choice for endometrial protection, can be sent to your local pharmacy and are generally covered by your insurance. 
2. Estrogen creams, patches, or pills (Estradiol, Estriol, or a combination of Estradiol and Estriol called Bi-Estrogen) can be sent through your local pharmacy or shipped directly to you from a compounding pharmacy.
3. Testosterone cream or injections shipped directly to you from a compounding pharmacy.
4. Supplements for adrenal support, thyroid, and hormone support through FullScript.
5. Begin to feel the benefits of your treatment within 4-6 weeks.
6. Around 3 months after initiating treatment, we will recheck a smaller hormone panel to make sure your body is adjust appropriately.
7. Full hormone optimization can take up to six months.
