Midwest Integrative Health, LLC is owned and operated by Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica Thorman. Jess has lived in the Macomb area for several years. She graduated from Spoon River College with her Associate Degree in Nursing and eventually went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and Master of Science in Nursing Degree with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She has held various roles as a nurse and nurse practitioner throughout her career and has worked with several different organizations including McDonough District Hospital, Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, OSF St Mary Medical Center, Heartland Regional Medical Center and most recently Halcyon Medical Group, OpenLoop Health & Third Eye Health. Jess loves working with the whole family and treating all age groups. She has attended newborn deliveries in the hospital and has provided comfort to those in the final stages of life.
Midwest Integrative Health, LLC was built on the foundation that modern medicine still needs a whole body approach to the care and overall wellness of each individual person. MIH is dedicated to delivering personalized care to all ages of life and promoting health and wellness from the inside out. Our services include Direct Primary Care, Sick Visits, Telehealth, Lab draws, Total Wellness including Men and Women’s Health, Hormone Therapy, Medical Weight Management, and Infusion Therapy, and Medical Grade Skincare including Dysport & Filler Injections, HydraFacial, Microneedling and Chemical Peels.
MIH is located at 222 South Randolph in Macomb, Illinois.
We offer Telehealth services for ease of access as well as to accommodate busy schedules to those near or far, as well as home visits to the Macomb and surrounding area. Please connect with us to see if your area is covered by our services. A travel fee could be imposed for travel greater than 30 miles from Macomb, IL.
At this time, Midwest Integrative Health, LLC does not accept insurance. We do accept cash, HSA, FSA (flexible spending account), Master Card, Visa, and Venmo.
